On the night of 23rd July 2004 - my good companion
and friend, Sheila Baine, (left) lost her fight against cancer
here in France. She had shared in the planning and searching for
a new life and also joined me in purchasing a property over here
to share this adventure. I will miss her greatly and will always
remember her support and kindness, especially over this last year.

July is Butterfly month!
My Plunge Pool is at last finished and the old Fish
Pond transformed!
Fly fishing at nearby Entragues proved interesting.
My Family and ex wife came to Visit Mid August and
join in the new life for a holiday.
We visited new beauty spots including Vallon
And enjoyed a wonderful firework display at St Amans.
The eggs from my new hens are fertile and the first
chicks hatched!
