Belcastel
- a beautiful village just over an hour away.
It is
time to harvest the "Tiel" again, it makes a lovely
infusion. This year Rosie is enjoying it.
The fish
pond is now established and the gardens taking on the ambience
I planned.
I have
decided to remove the safety fence from the pool in exchange for
an electronic alarm. The smaller gardens in front of the gallery
and vines are now well established.
With so
much rain it is not only my garden that is flourishing, we also
have had edible mushrooms all summer in the woodlands
All of
the streams and springs are full.
The garden
continues to please us! We are even sowing a second crop this
year.
