THE NEW GALLERY AND RETREAT NEAR RODEZ

SOUTH OF FRANCE

You are invited to join me in these pages, over the years, as I set up a new life in France.

On the 7th of August 2003 I completed on Le Paradou - I am now the new owner and we shall both have a positive influence on each other! It will take time and I do not expect to even be able to move in before next spring, but the new life has begun! Planning permission, new projects and much else is to be done, but my latest visits have confirmed that this is the place for me to be - I shall continue to update this page as new news occurs. Above are a few shots from my latest trip taken nearby and of local rural events.

New photographs will be constantly added as I progress with the centre.

I have purchased the most amazing country property in the River Lot Gorge near Estaing in which I hope to offer a Creative and Spiritual Retreat with many activities.

Estaing

The large hall to convert to studios, gallery and accomodation. The gallery will be in front of the stage, that will be incorporated for demonstration work/video - slide shows.

There will be a private bar, gallery, workshop and studio areas, catering facilities and accommodation.

The existing Bar - all of the panels to the front of the building open up to give a full and protected view of the river. This section, with the bar and kitchen will be used as the main studio/dining area.

The nearest major Town is Rodez where Ryan Air now run daily budget flights.


	Local chairs - I have purchased a lovely one, which also has arms, - for only E 20.00!!
My accomodation - kitchen to renovate!	Lounge to renovate, bathroom and bedroom to build.
